Wilderness On Wheels is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to making the outdoors accessible to everyone. For 40 years, our accessible mountain facility has been a safe haven and a source of community for people with disabilities, veterans, those facing chronic health conditions, and anyone needing an accessible nature experience.
When you donate, 100% of your gift goes directly toward maintaining our 22-acre mountain facility—including our boardwalks, cabins, campsites, and fishing dock. Your generosity also breaks down financial barriers. Because of donor support, we can provide overnight stays and accessible van rentals to individuals and families who otherwise couldn’t afford an accessible vacation. Every donation makes a life-changing impact, and we truly appreciate your support!
